Weybridge Bourne Business Park

Bourne Business Park has four buildings totalling 115,000 sq ft. Phase 111 involves the construction of two additional 50,000 sq ft and 40,000 sq ft buildings, a 4,000 sq ft café and a 470 space decked car park.

The two new four storey buildings can be interconnected to suit future tenant’s needs and will include flexible floor plates and impressive triple height receptions. The construction solution comprises of pile foundations and a reinforced concrete frame structure with the envelope combining rain screen cladding and glazing. External works on the project include landscaping and the installation of an access track for the Environment Agency to maintain and protect the River Wey. On completion, the project will achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
