Relationships
Everyone who works with us including our people, our clients and our partners are part of our team for the long term.
Our success is down to collaboration, respect, value and reliability. The success of our business is dependent on customer satisfaction over the long term, so trusting relationships are essential if we are to continue to thrive.
We have stringent policies in place to appoint the best suppliers available to ensure our supply chain is as robust as it can be. By building long-term relationships we are able to provide a dependable and reliable service to our clients and adopt a non-adversarial approach.
Proof of the pudding is in the eating and over 85% of our turnover comes from repeat orders which we would like to think says something about us.
The key to our success is our staff and their safety. We assert that their safety is our number one priority. We ensure that this is a reality in our day to day business.

Training & People
Our commitment to training is total.
Our in house training providers ensure that our staff are fully abreast of latest industry practice and encourage our staff to avail of the opportunity to up-skill within their roles.
Some of our faces have been with us for over 35 years whilst others are a newer addition. We reward effort.
As with many businesses, our people are our strength and are the reason we have such strong relationships with our clients. We have many familiar faces who have been with the business for a long time, in some cases over 35 years, but we also have many newer faces. We make sure there is a mentoring process so that our newer members can learn from our longer serving people about our processes and our ethos of delivering quality and excellence consistently. We are proud that people have started with Addingtons as a labourer and have worked their way up to senior management. We reward effort and encourage promotion from within.
