A new-build mixed-used development on a canal-side site with 332 modern serviced accommodation rooms, commercial and retail space, and the replacement of the existing Westminster Cleansing Depot with an upgraded structure.

Taxi House is the transformation of the former London Taxi Drivers’ Association headquarters on Woodfield Road into a new waterside destination on the Grand Union Canal.

The development will also provide 15,000 sq ft of workspace/performance space for local community groups and a new public realm between the entrance of the site and the waterfront.
