West Cromwell Road

One Hundred Kensington at 100 West Cromwell Road is a mixed-use development in London W14. At its centrepiece is a 33-storey residential tower, which is set to become the tallest building in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. There are a further six residential blocks offering studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with a number of duplex apartments and three- and four-bedroom houses.

The column grid for the new residential blocks is irregular and did not align with the existing car park grid so an extensive transfer structure above the car park is being constructed from 1,500 tonnes of steel plate girders.

The development will feature landscaped communal gardens, along with extensive facilities, including a new leisure centre and swimming pool. It also benefits from being in close proximity to some of the most desirable locations and amenities within West and Central London, being situated equidistant between Kensington High Street and Brompton Road.
